Property financing

Whether you are a lender, borrower, arranger or financial institution, we will act at all stages of your financing project, from drafting financial documents, to providing guarantees and real estate sureties to putting in place funding structures (acquisitions or restructuring of real estate portfolios, transfer operations, debt management, crowdfunding, etc.).

Real estate investment and structuring

We advise companies, investment funds, banking and financial groups on all issues related to the structuring, negotiation, execution and financing of real estate investments. Assistance to listed real estate investment companies and regulated investment vehicles (REITS)

Our team offers dedicated support to quoted real estate investment companies and regulated vehicles, both in their day-to-day management and in their one-off investments.
We will assist you in fundraising, initial public offerings and public offers, as well as in setting up OPCIs (Real Estate Investment Schemes) and SCPIs (Quoted Real Estate Investment Companies), in the acquisition and outsourcing of real estate portfolios or in helping new entrants join the REIT regime.

Real estate asset management: commercial leases, audits and restructuring

Our team of lawyers specialized in commercial leases is a market leader for advice and litigation relating to commercial leases.

Our specialists in environmental law have extensive experience in environmental issues that involve real estate and transactions.
Our range of services includes environmental rehabilitation operations at the end of a jobsite, as well as negotiating and regularizing deeds of sale, leasing, incorporating the environmental dimension or implementing environmental clauses as part of commercial leases and the management of disputes.
