We would like to point out that referral to this mediator can only take place after a prior attempt has been made to resolve the dispute amicably on the basis of a written complaint made to the lawyer in charge of the case, or addressed to the regional department to which he or she belongs.

The user acknowledges having read this legal notice and undertakes to comply with it. The user also acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for using this information.
The overall structure of the Site, as well as each of its components taken independently, in particular, texts, data and graphic elements, animated or not, constitute works which are protected as such by intellectual property laws, in particular by copyright, designs and models and trademark law, and by international treaties. The general structure of the Site, as well as each of its constituent elements taken independently, in particular, the texts, data and graphic elements of the Site may not under any circumstances be modified, reproduced, displayed, presented, distributed or used for purposes of public or commercial interest. Any person who downloads or collects information published on the Site has only a private, personal and non-transferable right of use. The protected works reproduced on the Site that are not the property of Fidal have been the subject of an express and prior authorization of reproduction on the part of the rights holder.
Any total or partial representation of the Site or any of its components without the express authorization of Fidal is prohibited and shall constitute an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
The databases on the Site are protected by articles L.341-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code; any substantial extraction or reuse, qualitatively or quantitatively, of the content of the databases shall be punishable by law.
The brands or logos appearing on the Site are trademarks registered by Fidal or third parties. Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, of these distinctive signs without the express authorization and in contravention of the prohibitions provided for in Articles L. 713-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code shall render their author liable under law.
Other distinctive signs, in particular company names, trade names, banners, signs, domain names reproduced on the Site are the property of Fidal or third parties and any reproduction thereof without express authorization is likely to constitute a case of usurpation, rendering its author liable under Article 1240 of the Civil Code as amended by Order n°2016-131 dated 10 February 2016.
Fidal shall be under no obligation to monitor any information that the user may post on its website. As such, the user warrants that any information, or element (the term "element" refers to any project, file or other attachment sent) or comments other than personal data, that the user may transmit to Fidal through Fidal's website, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property right or other applicable law. Such information, elements or comments, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting such information, material or comments, the user grants Fidal all necessary rights, without limitation and irrevocably, to use, perform, display, modify and transmit such information, material or comments, including any suggestions, concepts or know-how. Fidal reserves the right to use such information, materials or comments in any way it chooses.
Hypertext links set up to other sites, mainly to the sites of Fidal's partners, have been expressly authorized in advance. As the links are provided for the personal convenience of Internet users, Fidal has no control over these sites and accepts no liability with regard thereto, the pages remaining the sole responsibility of their owners.
The reproduction of a page of the Site in a framework that does not belong to Fidal or the insertion of a page owned by Fidal in the page of a site that is not owned by Fidal is prohibited. Fidal reserves the right to delete any links on its site directing to a third site, should the latter contravene the core principles of the profession of lawyer, in accordance with its existing rules and procedures.
