Holder of PhD, Valérie Marx joined Fidal in 2011 as a member of the Economic Law Technical Department and then the Litigation Settlement Department in Paris.

She previously gained experience at Hannoun & Avocats, the University of Bordeaux IV (lecturer), EvoBus France (legal manager) and Petit Bateau (in-house lawyer).

Valérie assists french and foreign companies in both consulting and litigation (disputes with partners, competitors, customers, subcontractors, carriers, logisticians, suppliers, etc.).

She advises on all matters relating to contract law, distribution (franchising, exclusive and selective distribution, commercial agency), competition (unfair competition, restrictive practices, sudden termination of commercial relations) and consumer affairs.

Valérie teaches at the Ecole des avocats de Versailles (HEDAC) and leads training courses on all matters relating to relationships and business contracts.

She is the author of the published books "La dimension collective des réseaux de distribution" (ANRT 2012), "Using Franchising to Take Your Business International" (ICC, 2014) and numerous specialized articles.
