Pierre DE GOUVILLE began his career as a lawyer in 1996 in Paris. He joined FIDAL in 1998 by joining the Corporate Law Department of the “Direction Régionale du Mans”. Pierre has developed a portfolio of clients in corporate law and at the same time created the Competition / Distribution / IP Department, which he was in charge from 2005. During this period, he taught business law courses at the Angers Business School, ESSCA. In January 2011, Pierre DE GOUVILLE took over the management of the Orléans office, and since then he has headed a multidisciplinary team of 12 lawyers. In addition to these management functions, he continues his technical activities in Corporate Law and Distribution and Competition Law. Over the course of his career and taking into account the files entrusted by his clients, he has developed specific expertise in the transfer and restructuring of companies (including family), notification of mergers with the competition authorities, and competition law. He is a regular speaker at MEDEF and CCI.
