Karine advises non-profit organizations (associations, federations, foundations, endowment funds, professional bodies) on the operational and strategic choices they face when modifying their legal status (revisions of articles of association, partnerships, combinations, mergers) and in the area of corporate philanthropy.

Karine assists French and foreign organizations, as well as their leaders, in the prevention and management of legal risks: advice on defining and amending the association’s program, articles of association and internal regulations; defining the modes of governance; developing, implementing and monitoring the lines of delegation of power and responsibility; managing conflicts of interest; procedures for preventing legal and financial difficulties.

Karine represents them in pre-litigation and litigation matters before the civil courts and in alternative dispute resolution processes (negotiation, conciliation and mediation), insolvency proceedings, and before the criminal courts and authorities.

Concurrently, Karine provides training to the leaders, delegates of power and managers of associations and foundations (civil and criminal liability of organizations and their executive members, internal legal functioning of associations and foundations, legal security of delegations of power).
