Attorney at Law since 2005, Gacia is a Canadian citizen, member of the Paris, Quebec and Ontario Bars, speaks 5 languages and practiced for 10 years in Montreal, then at DS Avocats in Paris for 6 years, prior to joining Fidal in spring 2020.

She has thorough knowledge of Common Law (JD) and Civil Law (LL.B) and has developed extensive skills in international business law by advising Canadian, French, European and Middle Eastern companies with regards to their international growth.

She works in the area of international business law, mergers and acquisitions, new technologies, digital & personal data.

Gacia co-heads Fidal's US/Canada Desk, dedicated point of contact at Fidal to assist clients from Canada and/or the USA in their strategic development in France and inversely French clients in Canada and/or the USA. Members of the North-America Desk have broad knowledge of the local business environments and coordinate the legal aspects of such development together with Fidal’s multidisciplinary teams and Canadian and American local correspondents. This allows our clients to forge long lasting and successful business relationships between companies on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
