Arnaud advises mainly financially distressed businesses, as well as banks and funds, on solvent restructuring operations, out-of-court procedures (ad hoc mandates, conciliation) and insolvency proceedings (judicial safeguard, reorganization and liquidation), with a special focus on cross-border operations.

Arnaud joined Fidal after having served as co-Managing Partner of WTS France, member of WTS GLOBAL, and works fluently in both English and French.

With a postgraduate DEA degree in Business Law and Economics from the Université de PARIS I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Arnaud has been regularly ranked as “Excellent” counsel to Businesses, Shareholders, and court-appointed Administrators and Receivers in the “Strategy, Restructuring & Reorganization” category of the DECIDEURS LEADERS LEAGUE Guide since 2017, as well as ** in the “Preventing Business Difficulties and Debt Renegotiation” category by OPTION FINANCE/OPTION & DROIT DES AFFAIRES in 2020-2021. The Team he co-heads won the Silver Trophy in the “Restructuring and Insolvency Proceedings” category (LEADERS LEAGUE) in 2020 and 2021.
