Sabine began her career as an in-house lawyer for the TV channels of M6 and Disney groups. She exercised for 10 at Paris Bar where she practices on intellectual property, media and information technology matters.
Over the course of her experience and her regular secondments inside large companies, she developed deep expertise and business-oriented skills on issues related to the digital environment (e-commerce, data privacy, ISP liability, online advertising, dematerialized content). In particular, she provides close support to her clients for the deployment of their business models, the risk assessment on their new projects, the negotiation of their contracts as well as the implementation of their compliance programs and legal governance.
Sabine also assists and advises on a day-to-day basis companies involved in the production, publishing and distribution of creative content (books, cinema, television, music, pictures, live shows etc.) in both tangible and intangible form.
With the rich and varied experience she has gleaned from start-up to big companies, Sabine enjoys meeting the legal challenges of the digital economy.
