Guilhem Orgeval has a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Business Law, Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Evry Val d’Essonne, as well as a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in Economic Law from the University of Orléans. He took the oath in March 2004.

He practised in Paris and Tours before joining Fidal in 2009, at its Châteauroux office. He then moved to the Clermont-Ferrand office, in the Regional department for the "Centre" region. Attached to the Corporate law department, Guilhem Orgeval acts as legal counsel for company directors. His areas of expertise include: incorporation of non-trading and trading companies, transfer of companies, acquisitions/sales of business assets, company mergers/restructuring, managing the legal secretariat of companies.

He also works in the fields of association law, commercial leases and estate law.
