Biography
Anne Imbert joined FIDAL Law firm in March 2017 to lead the Employment Law Department of the Rhone-Alpes region from the Lyon Office.
Anne Imbert’s specific expertise covers since now more than 25 years a wide range of employment law matters, including day-to-day HR management of individual and collective relationships, labour aspects of restructuring operations, economic layoff, health and safety regulations, discrimination and ethical concerns, company incentives (bonuses, profit sharing, etc.), international mobility (e.g., secondments, expatriation), employment dispute resolution, social security and administrative litigation.
In particular, Anne Imbert manages assignments for French small and medium-sized companies as well as for major international firms, namely Anglo-Saxon, and their French subsidiaries and also for not for profit organisations and public companies/organisations.
Anne Imbert’s clients base spans a range of industries that notably includes insurance, IT services and training, real estate, chemical, healthcare & medical, plastic industries, packaging industry, automotive industry.
Anne is based in Lyon but her role is to coach and support the development of the regional labour law team of lawyers.
