With over thirty years of experience in these areas, Valérie heads a team of approximately ten tax attorneys.

She advises a broad range of French and international clients, from SMEs to listed companies, as well as family business groups and individuals.

In this context, she assists her clients in advisory matters (business transfers, restructuring operations, relocation of individuals and legal entities, international aspects, etc.) as well as audit and litigation matters (individual and corporate), in which she systematically combines the corporate and personal tax approaches.

Very involved in matters relating to the international mobility of individuals and assets, she also handles issues of regularization or relocation of assets and works in close collaboration with numerous foreign correspondents and lawyers, particularly in Switzerland, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain.

Valérie is a regular speaker at conferences and gives training courses in partnership with banking and financial institutions as well as for clients of the firm.

She participates in and coordinates the annual partnership set up by “Les Echos” dedicated to personal income-wealth tax issues, which includes around twenty tax lawyers.

Valérie is a member of the IFA and the IACF.
