Biography
Christine began her career in 1995 at Arthur Andersen International before joining Fidal in 2002. Recognized for her mergers & acquisitions expertise, particularly in cross-border transactions, she steers the M&A practice in the firm’s Paris office.
In 2013, she became a member of the international committee and, in 2019, Head of Fidal’s international strategy. As such, Christine is responsible for co-leading the department. Working in close collaboration with the board of directors, which validates its proposals, the international development department defines the firm’s policy for foreign alliances covering every geographic zone of strategic interest to clients, and steers and supervises the activity of the international teams.
In 2019, Christine was elected Vice Chair of the European Regional Forum of the International Bar Association (IBA), marking the first time the position has been held by a representative of a French firm. This election gives Fidal a voice within the most prestigious and influential body representing the legal profession worldwide.
