With nearly 15 years of experience in IT law, Anne handles both advisory and litigation matters relating to information technologies, the digital, cybersecurity and personal data.

She advises digital companies (publishers, integrators, manufacturers, IT engineering companies, digital agencies, startups, etc.), institutional players and businesses in the banking, insurance, retail, automobile and pharmaceutical sectors. She assists them notably on their digital transformation projects, the implementation of innovative projects and the drafting and negotiation of contracts.

Before joining Fidal in October 2019, Anne practiced in both French and Anglo-Saxon law firms. She has also worked abroad: for 6 years in Shanghai with the firm DS Avocats, where she advised companies on matters relating to Chinese digital and personal data law, and 2 years in Singapore, as a jurist under a “VIE” work abroad program at BNP Paribas – Private Banking.
