Justin Hayden Miller joins Fidal as partner

Fidal welcomes the arrival of Justin Hayden Miller, an expert in tax law, indirect taxes and customs, to further bolster its international activities.

A seasoned practitioner with 25 years of experience, Justin Hayden Miller has excellent knowledge of the indirect tax systems throughout Europe. With his expertise in Tax Management Consulting/Compliance, he is well-versed in managing and steering VAT, customs and supply chain issues and challenges across the 27 EU member countries and the United Kingdom.

He advises a French and international clientele, composed mainly of listed companies in the automobile and retail sectors, in matters representing up to several billions of euros. He also advises his clients on the consequences and potential solutions to be implemented in the wake of Brexit.

Justin Hayden Miller has spent most of his career in the Big 4 firms, successively at PWC, Arthur Andersen, Taj and EY, before joining the US firm Ryan where he worked before joining Fidal.

As part of Fidal’s regional division in Normandy, Justin Hayden Miller is based in Le Havre, one of the most important port cities for international commerce.

He has published numerous reference works and articles in the area of VAT.
