Fidal and KPMG reach an agreement
Fidal and KPMG announce they have entered into an amicable agreement aimed at normalizing their relations.
Until 2002, the legal and tax teams of Fidal and the teams of KPMG France worked together jointly until the two firms decided to no longer be tied and to become totally independent of each other. Fidal nonetheless remained connected with the KPMG International network through a cooperation agreement, which came to an end on 1 July 2019 upon the creation of KPMG Avocats, a member firm of the KPMG network.
Fidal and KPMG will remain faithful to their strategy and will therefore maintain a strict and constant independence with respect to each other.
