After twelve years spent in top international law firms in Paris, Jean-Régis joined FIDAL in October 2016.

He advises portfolio management companies, industrial companies, and start-ups in different sectors such as infrastructure, digital, e-commerce and collaborative economy.
His main field of action involves Private Equity investments, Capital Risk, Crowdfunding. He also advises his non-French clients about inbound M&A transactions.
Jean-Régis has gained a solid work experience on regulatory matters (AIFM approval and CIP approval) and fund structuring.
