Fidal Avocats Strengthens Its Expertise in Digital, Tech, and Data with the Arrival of Oriane Zubcevic as a Partner

Fidal’s Paris office is pleased to announce the arrival of Oriane Zubcevic as a partner. She joins the Digital, Tech & Data team alongside Anne Lambert-Favreau to strengthen the firm’s expertise in data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

Recognized Expertise in Data Protection, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence 

Oriane Zubcevic advises French and international companies on data protection, compliance, and artificial intelligence. She assists clients, in particular, with pre-litigation and litigation matters before the CNIL, the management and notification of data breaches, and the exercise of data subjects’ rights. 

Her expertise also covers contracts, GDPR required procedures and documentation, international data transfers, GDPR compliance projects, and compliance audits conducted in connection with corporate transactions. 

She advises clients across a wide range of sectors, including banking, insurance, lifescience, manufacturing luxury goods, and retail.
Before joining Fidal, Oriane Zubcevic practiced as part of the data protection team at Bird & Bird.

A graduate of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, she also holds a Specialized Master’s degree in “Information Systems and Technology Management” from HEC Paris and the École des Mines de Paris.
