Fidal’s Paris office is pleased to announce the arrival of Oriane Zubcevic as a senior associate. She joins the Digital, Tech & Data team alongside Anne Lambert-Favreau to strengthen the firm’s expertise in data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
Recognized expertise in data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence
Oriane Zubcevic advises French and international companies on data protection, compliance, and artificial intelligence. She is particularly involved in pre-litigation and litigation matters before the CNIL, the management and reporting of personal data breaches, and the exercise of data subjects’ rights.
Her expertise also covers: the contracts, procedures, and documentation required by data protection regulations; international data transfers; GDPR compliance projects; and compliance audits conducted in connection with corporate transactions.
She advises clients across a wide array of sectors, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, luxury goods, and retail.
Before joining Fidal, Oriane Zubcevic practiced within the personal data protection team at Bird & Bird.
A graduate of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, she also holds a Specialized Master’s degree in “Information Systems and Technology Management” from HEC Paris and the École des Mines de Paris.
