Antoine Guyomard Joins Fidal's Paris Office

Fidal Strengthens Its Expertise in the Energy Sector

Fidal’s Paris office is pleased to announce the arrival of Antoine Guyomard, a member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar, who is joining the Energy - Regulatory & Energy operations team led by Marjolaine Germain to strengthen the firm’s expertise in project development within the context of energy transition and decarbonization, as well as in the transactional aspects of energy operations and projects.

Recognized Expertise in Energy Law and Project Development
A lawyer since 2017, Antoine Guyomard offers his energy law expertise to assist French and international clients in negotiating the complex contracts required for the development, construction, and operation of industrial and energy projects.

He works alongside a client base of industrial companies and traders to secure their projects (including purchase/sale of energy and related hedging instruments, decarbonization, related contractual arrangements, transactions related to energy savings certificates, and, more recently, data center development).
Before joining Fidal, Antoine Guyomard practiced in the Energy & Decarbonization department at CMS Francis Lefebvre, where he served as a senior associate. He previously worked at Ravetto Associés and Gide Loyrette Nouel, following several formative experiences at leading international law firms.

A graduate of Paris-Dauphine University (Master 214 in Business Law) and holder of an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London, Antoine Guyomard is also a former Secretary of the Conference.

He regularly speaks on topics related to the energy transition, particularly at Dauphine–PSL University, where he teaches courses on decarbonization, data centers, and AI as part of two master’s programs, and is the author of numerous publications in the fields of energy and industrial contracts.

He was named “Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch” in the 2026 edition of the Best Lawyers in France guide.

A Growth Dynamic for Fidal
With this addition, Fidal continues to expand its Energy practice and enhances its ability to support industry players, manufacturers, investors, and public sector entities in their energy transition and industrial transformation projects and operations.

Antoine Guyomard’s expertise will enable the firm to offer its clients increasingly comprehensive support on strategic issues related to decarbonizing the economy, securing energy supplies, and developing the infrastructure necessary for the energy transition.
