Fidal joins forces with Cancer@Work to promote inclusion in the workplace

On 7 October 2025, Fidal signed the Cancer@Work Charter, joining the first network of companies committed to the inclusion, retention, and return to work of people affected by cancer or chronic illness.

Why this commitment?

Today, one in two people will be affected by cancer or a chronic illness during their lifetime. These situations have a profound impact on personal lives, but also on professional lives.

As a responsible firm, we have an essential role to play in listening to, accompanying, and supporting our employees.

Our concrete commitments:

• Raising awareness among all employees about the realities of cancer and chronic illnesses

• Supporting the return to work or continued employment of those affected

• Helping our managers and HR teams to better understand and support

• Creating an inclusive environment where people can talk about their health without fear

• Value key skills such as resilience, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize

A collective approach

By joining Cancer@Work, Fidal is becoming part of a community of more than 200 companies that share best practices to change perceptions of illness in the workplace.

This commitment is part of our CSR and quality of life at work policy. It reflects our deep conviction that Fidal's strength is also measured by its ability to take care of its people.

What's next?

In the coming months, several initiatives will be launched to bring this commitment to life: testimonials, awareness-raising, discussion forums, etc.

This project concerns us all, directly or indirectly.
