After working at a Quebec law firm and then for 18 months with the Versailles Public Prosecutor, Xavier Decloux was admitted to the Versailles Bar in 2013, where he practiced as a litigator for four years before joining Fidal’s Litigation department in December 2017 as a senior associate, thus developing the litigation practice of the Versailles office.

Drawing on his experience, Xavier focuses his practice on providing his clients – VSEs, SMEs and chief executives – with assistance and advice in the management of their civil and criminal disputes and proceedings as well as their personal and family-related issues. As such, he works closely with the Firm’s Corporate, Private Client and Tax departments.

Xavier is also involved in the Versaille Bar’s criminal defense aid group and is a member of two Bar committees.
