Vianney is a corporate law partner and joined FIDAL in 2006.

In his capacity of managing partner, together with Gregory Olczak-Godefert, he represents the firm in the Northern France region, manages a team of 150 professionals and creates the conditions conducive to their success, for the benefit of the clients’ development and in accordance with the firm’s values.

Furthermore, as head of the corporate law and M&A department for the Northern France he is in charge of the knowledge management and technical expertise.

While he has extensive experience in all fields of corporate law (due diligence, managers liability, management package, corporate governance, intragroup flows and pre-litigation legal support), Vianney has developed special expertise in counselling and negotiating on companies/assets sales and acquisition transactions (inc. cross-border), capital investment, and equity capital operations. Vianney also has in depth expertise in restructuring operations (mergers/demergers).

He works with clients from different sectors as, for instance, industry (metal hardware, automotive, deep-sea fishing, confectionary products), medical biology, health professions or automobile distribution.

Vianney regularly runs Fidal Formation’s training sessions on corporate law issues (capital investment, restructuring, etc.) and teaches corporate and M&A law to post-graduate students at the University.
