Specialized in tax law, Thibault de Montigny focuses his practice on providing tax assistance to companies and groups of companies from a broad range of sectors, as well as to individuals. His practice includes both advisory (tax monitoring, audits, M&A, intragroup restructurings, research tax credit, relations with tax authorities) and litigation assistance.

Thibault de Montigny joined Fidal in 2013 after having worked at the law firm CMS Francis Lefebvre. He also served as lecturer at the Jean Monnet School (Université Paris Sud) as part of his Master program in Business Tax law.

He holds a Master 2 degree in Business Law from Université Paris Nanterre (2010) and an LLM from Queen Mary University of London (2011).
