
Biography
Thibaud advises innovative companies, from SMEs to international groups, in the whole spectrum of intellectual property law, including trademark law, design law, patent law, copyright, etc. He is involved in both litigation and advisory services.
He joined Fidal after obtaining a PhD in law from the University of Strasbourg. His doctoral work focuses on the monetization of intangible assets in the knowledge economy. He is also a research fellow and lecturer at the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), where he is in charge of various training courses such as the Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law and Management (MIPLM) and the CEIPI Summer School on Intellectual Property Law in Europe.
His research and teaching focus mainly on the management and monetization of intellectual property rights.
