After many years of practice in specialist Parisian firms, Stéphane joined Fidal in 2008.

Stéphane has a Masters in employment law and a Maters in HR and international mobility from ENS CACHAN. He specialises in restructuring operations, working on behalf of international companies in the petrol and chemical industry sectors in particular. Stéphane also works with mass distribution companies, splitting his time between strategy consulting and litigation as well as advising startups on the structuring of their working environment. Stéphane has in-depth expertise in the legal aspects of international mobility. He supports his clients concerning issues of criminal law related to employment. As he often works with international companies, Stéphane is fluent in English.
