With extensive expertise in real estate law, Stéphane Dejumne regularly advises a broad range of French and international real estate players (real estate investment companies, investment funds, developers, mutual insurance companies, etc.). In that capacity, he assists in the design of their acquisition and holding structures (SIIC, OPCI, etc.).
He has developed special expertise in the implementation of strategies for outsourcing real estate assets (particularly in the hotel sector). He also advises on financing and refinancing transactions (particularly via real estate leasing agreements).

Stéphane has also acquired significant M&A experience, including designing international tax structures for foreign investors investing in France, implementing group restructurings and assisting foreign investors (notably Chinese) in their acquisition transactions.
