Biography
Sally-Anne is an Irish national and has a Masters in Business and Corporate Law (DJCE) and a Masters in Franco-British Business from the University of Rennes as well as an LLM in International Business Law from Exeter University.
In 2012, after passing her bar exam, Sally-Anne started her legal career in Paris at Taylor Wessing before joining Fidal in Paris, La Défense. In 2017 Sally-Anne joined Fidal’s corporate law team in Nantes.
Sally-Anne works on behalf of French and international clients from industrial and financial companies and start-ups in the innovation sector. She assists with deals, due diligence, financial transactions, private equity, LBO, partial asset transfers, mergers (including cross-border), funding, transfer of assets and business funds, shareholder disputes and legal follow-up for companies.
Alongside this, Sally-Anne has developed in-depth experience in sports law working with a clientele of sportsmen and women, federations, clubs and equipment manufacturers working on the creation, transformation and reorganization of sports structures, status of sportsmen and women, image rights contracts and partnerships. She also teaches sports law at EAJF – (Ecole des Agents de Joueurs de Football) and EM Lyon business school.
