Biography
An employment lawyer since 2009, Romain supports CEOs, HR Directors and CFOs of companies of all sizes (listed companies, midcaps, SMEs, micro-enterprises and start-ups) in connection with their employment law issues.
Romain assists and advises on individual relations (contractual employer-employee relationship) and collective relations (professional elections, company-wide agreements, incentive plans, profit sharing, etc.), labor law audits (analysis and assessment of company labor practices with regards to applicable regulations) and employment litigation before the French Labor and Judicial Courts.
The key values that drive him are listening, responsiveness and legal pragmatism.
He holds a Master II degree in Human Resources and Corporate Social Protection Law from the University of Versailles Saint Quentin in Yvelines (Valedictorian).
