Pauline advises both businesses and individuals on direct taxation and international tax matters. Pauline is regularly involved in tax reviews, structuring projects, international tax issues, tax audits and litigation. She is part of the Firm’s EU TAX group.

A member of the Real Estate department, Pauline has also developed strong expertise in real estate taxation: sales and purchase transactions (due diligence reviews, financial modelling of tax parameters of business plans, complex structuring of investments), assistance to SIICs, OPCIs, SCPIs and foreign real estate investment funds (including German real estate funds), domestic and cross-border real estate restructuring transactions, negotiation of rulings, structuring of non-resident individuals’ real estate investments in France.
