Biography
Nadia RAISSON intervenes in labor law as a counsel to employer companies (from SMEs to international groups). She has wide competence in the field of labor law, particularly in the management of collective labor relationships such as restructuring operations, international mobilty, or negotiations with the social partners for setting up or amending collective bargainings agreements. She is also involved in individual labor relationships, in order to settle disputes between employer and employee, with the constant aim of being a real partner for companies through daily support in the classic issues as well as in the targeted issues.
Nadia RAISSON has a dual expertise in consulting and litigation, to offer a realreal adapted advice based on judicial experience.
At the same time, she is in charge of training on topical issues as well as current social law issues and leads many training sessions for HR and management.
