Nadia Normand advises companies on financing their R&D and innovation. She has solid skills in innovation management and proven expertise in biotechnology. Nadia holds a doctorate from the University of Orléans. Her work carried out in CNRS and INSERM laboratories has led to the filing of several patents. She has successfully conducted pre-clinical studies in biotechnology, within public institutes and private companies, in the United Kingdom and France, within the framework of applied research projects. Nadia has reinforced her interest in innovation within a private group. She has thus deployed new financing solutions for the company through innovative R&D projects, technology transfers and collaborative partnerships. Nadia is now focusing on innovation and R&D financing solutions for our clients, through calls for regional projects, France 2030, and within the framework of the Tax Credit for research and innovation.
