Biography
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2005, Monique is a partner in the Employment law practice group of Fidal's Paris office. Her working languages are French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Monique assists French and foreign institutional clients on their individual and collective labor relations issues, in addition to transactional negotiations. She also assists them in their national or cross-border restructuring operations.
She acts in Employment and Labor compliance at the national and international level, with her strong expertise in conducting due diligence in the field of Human rights at work and international Employment and Labor law.
As a specialist in Employment and Labor litigation, Monique represents her clients before all courts in their sensitive individual and collective disputes. She also defends companies before civil courts for failure to comply with their obligations under the French Law on the duty of vigilance with respect to fundamental workers' rights.
Monique provides, in France and abroad, training in Employment and Labor law and in national and international compliance on human rights at work.
