After 10 years in the M&A Department of a parisian law firm, Michel-Pierre joined Fidal in 2014.

Partner in the Corporate / M&A Department, he advises companies and their managers in their projects: fundraising, shareholders’ agreements, reorganizations, business transfers, etc. He advises French groups of companies in their development abroad as well as foreign clients in their projects in France.

Michel-Pierre also has significant experience in M&A transactions and acquisition financing.

As co-head of the Spanish Desk, he develops business relationships between Fidal and its Spanish correspondent law firms.
