Biography
Matthieu Aladenise is a lawyer at the FrenchBar of Brussels since 2008, specialized in commercial and corporate law, as well as in new technologies and privacy.
He holds a "Licence en droit privé" from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2007) as well as a "Master complémentaire de Droit économique" from the same university (2008 - magna cum laude).
He started his career at BK Partners and joined Buyle Legal in 2012 where he was appointed partner in 2019.
He mainly handles cases, both for national and international clients, in mergers and acquisitions, contractual matters, including commercial practices, as well as in intellectual property and new technologies, through the performance of personalized assistance or in the context of litigation.
Based on his experience and his Data Privacy & Security Manager certification (ICHEC ASBL), he also assists clients in the implementation of the RGPD and assists numerous data protection officers
