Mathilde is an intellectual property attorney at Fidal.

Before joining the firm in October 2017, she practiced as a patent attorney for 10 years, acquiring very broad expertise in intellectual property: management of IPR portfolios at the international level, analysis of legal profiles of trademarks to define protection and defense strategies, negotiation and drafting of contracts (transfer, license, coexistence agreements), expertise in optimizing the IP budgets of her clients, be they groups, SMEs or startups.

Mathilde regularly provides training to her clients’ legal and marketing teams. She is also the author of numerous articles and a member of the Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles - APRAM (Association of trademark and design law practitioners).
