Mathieu HERVE is a partner of the firm and joined the employment law practice in June 2009.
Specialized in employment law, Mathieu HERVE advises various companies (from small and medium-sized companies to international groups).
He has a broad expertise in employment law: management of restructuring operations, sale of businesses or sale of shares of companies, management of collective employee relations, implementation of employee savings schemes, negotiation with the trade unions for the implementation or the modification of collective agreements. He also advises employers in individual working relations, health and safety at work, organization of working time and international mobility.
He advises companies operating in various sectors: industrial sector, agro-food industry, medical biology industry or services' industry.
In addition, he is in charge of training events for companies in connection with employment law and social security law.
