Biography

Marion Cornu is Partner in Labour Law in Fidal law firm since 2004

After a DJCE (Master in law) and two years in England (Erasmus program and LLM in labour law), Marion Cornu obtained her diploma of lawyer in Paris then joined FIDAL Paris (International Direction) within the Department of Labour Law in January 2004.

Partner in 2010, Marion Cornu joined the FIDAL office in Nantes in September 2015, and integrated the Loire Valley Ocean Regional Department which has 120 lawyers.

Marion Cornu advises French and international companies and groups on all the social aspects of individual and collective relationships, in particular in the following areas: assistance in reorganizations and restructurings, negotiation and harmonization of collective status, management of relationships with the staff representatives, working time.

Marion Cornu also has a great practice of URSSAF (French social security administration) controls, and assists her clients at all levels of the procedure (control, litigation, negotiation if any).

Sensitive to the human resources aspects of business projects, Marion Cornu works regularly in close collaboration with the FIDAL HR department.

Marion Cornu has a good knowledge of the hotel and catering sector in which she has led several major social renovation projects.

Marion Cornu is Associate Director since 2017 and responsible for the animation of the social team of the Nantes office

Marion Cornu regularly speaks at conferences and training events in labour law: inter and intra-company trainings, FIDAL breakfasts, conferences, animation of HR workshops, etc.
