Biography
Marina Rodrigues joined Fidal in Toulouse as a lawyer (Avocat) in the tax department, after working for ten years for a leading parisian law firm. Thanks to her expertise in handling international matters, she manages the International Law team of the Fidal Midi-Toulousain Regional Direction.
She particularly works on international tax law matters: in this respect, she assists enterprises in their international operations (establishment, group structuring, optimization and securization of cross-border transactions, VAT, transfer pricing...) as well as individuals for issues related to tax residence and cross-border investments. She also deals with M&A transactions and tax audits and litigations.
Marina Rodrigues gives international tax law courses at the Toulouse Business School, and regularly speaks in conferences at the University Toulouse Capitole. She also trains financial officers in tax law.
She attended the French Lycée in London, has a Master Degree in Business Law (with tax specialty), and is fluent in French and English.
