Marie co-heads the Competition group at Fidal Paris. She assists major groups as well as SMEs in securing their competition and commercial practices. She has developed specific expertise in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, as well as in the health, environmental and insurance industries.

Marie has over 25 years of experience in merger law (analysis and notification of merger transactions, management of third parties’ rights), antitrust law and litigation (cartels and abuses of dominant positions), antitrust risk management and defense strategies, distribution network strategies and development, and restrictive practices.

She is a regular speaker at conferences and provides training on competition and distribution law developments. Marie is a member of the French association for competition studies (Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence - AFEC), the French association of attorneys practicing competition law (Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence - APDC) and the French law and networks association (Association Droit et Réseaux).
