After starting her career at an Anglo-Saxon law firm, Manuella joined Fidal’s Rennes office in 2003, where she developed her expertise in labor law with a special focus on collective issues, organizational structuring, restructurings, and the preparation of collective agreements. In a team of 15 lawyers, she served as head of the Labor Law department together with Franck Pontruché, before being appointed Co-Director in 2018.
In this capacity, together with Laurent Drillet, she represents the firm in the Brittany region, manages a team of 160 professionals and creates the conditions conducive to their success, for the benefit of the clients’ development and in accordance with the firm’s values.
Manuella is a member of Bretagne Prospectives, a think tank dedicated to promoting local and regional development in Brittany.
