Whilst she has extensive experience in all areas of Labor Law, Lorraine Raimbert-Nusse has developed special expertise in managing the labor aspects of reorganizations for French and foreign groups, and has in-depth experience in managing the labor consequences of restructurings and mergers and acquisitions, and in particular in the handling of relations with employee representatives and the process for harmonizing labor conditions (collective and individual statuses, employee savings plans, working time, etc.).
Lorraine provides day-to-day assistance in managing individual and collective relationships within companies and groups, as well as in the areas of social security and compensation systems.
As Head of the Paris Region Labor Law Department, Lorraine Raimbert-Nusse has also developed skills in team management.
She leads, animates and coordonates multidisciplinary assignments to serve French and foreign clients.
