Laurent FRANCOIS-MARTIN intervenes before the Competition Authorities on anti-competitive practices or merger control. In particular, he has assisted major French groups in cartel cases (industrial bags, high voltage cables, temporary work, food packaging, etc.) and for numerous merger notifications.

Laurent joined FIDAL again in 2015, a firm where he was partner for 11 years (2002-2013) in Paris and Brussels, after 2 years at DS Avocats. He previously worked for ten years as Head of Competition Law and EU at AIR FRANCE.

Laurent is a member of the Association of Lawyers Practicing Competition Law and the French Association for Competition Studies.

He has published numerous articles in various reviews.
