Laurence, Partner - Director of the Intellectual Property / Information Technology Department of FIDAL, Doctor of Law, has 20 years' experience in the field of Intellectual Property law (patents, trademarks, designs and models, copyright): filing, contracts, valuation, strategy, defence (infringement proceedings, unfair competition / parasitism).
She is a lecturer at the University of Strasbourg, notably at the Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI), at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (IEP-Sciences Po Strasbourg) and also at the Institut Européen Entreprise et Propriété Intellectuelle (IEEPI), gives conferences and publishes numerous articles.
