Karine manages the intellectual property and IT department at Fidal Lyon. She obtained her specialization before the CNB in 2008.

She assists french and foreign companies as well as public entities, giving advices, drafting contracts and following litigations dealing with intellectual property rights (patent, trade mark, design &model, copyright, domain name, know how, software); research and development; digital economy aspects (terms and conditions for web site, personal data; unfair competition.


She is member of various national and international associations involving innovation (AIPPI, GRAPI, APRAM)
