Biography
After obtaining a Master 2 degree in Intellectual Property, Juliette began her career as a jurist at the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). She joined Fidal as a lawyer in September 2017 after having practiced as an intellectual property advisor for nearly 20 years. Juliette advises her clients on trademark protection and defense both in France and internationally.
Her clients range from large corporations to midcaps and SMEs, giving her a practical vision of the challenges they face.
Convinced that strategic guidance is essential for companies to be able to implement an effective Intellectual Property policy that enhances the value of their intangibles, she advises her clients on building up and optimizing their IP rights. She also assists companies in identifying, protecting and defending innovations (through contractual assistance in particular).
