Julien is member of the Tax Department of FIDAL in the Lille office (Northern France) which he joined in 2013. Before joining FIDAL, Julien worked in the Tax Department of a world leader in the luxury industry.

He assists, on tax implications, its clients involved in internal restructuring or external growth projects and has developed expertise in merger and acquisition operations, corporate restructuring and real estate investments and he also advises business leaders for business transmission operations.

His practice also includes individual taxes, he frequently assists individuals or companies for tax disputes/inspections.

Furthermore, Julien has acquired a specific expertise regarding tax issues relating to non-profit organizations.

In addition, he runs a wide series of training courses on tax law matters and is a member of the social economy division.
