After practicing in an English law firm in Paris, Julien joined Fidal in 2012.

He works with a varied clientele including family-led businesses, industrial companies, subsidiaries of international companies in the industrial, trade, renewable energy and innovative technology sectors.

Julien is involved in financial restructuring , before and after acquisitions (partial transfer of assets, mergers…), incorporating joint stock ventures and fundraising.

Julien’s expertise covers legal and financial structuring in company acquisitions (LBO, MBO, OBO), carrying out vendors’ due diligence and acquisition audits, legal and fiscal engineering, share ownership of investors, shareholders’ agreements and package management.
