Biography
Julie joined Fidal Paris in January 2010.
She has special expertise in infrastructure projects both in France and internationally, particularly in Africa.
As counsel to public entities, large corporations and funders, Julie has multi-sector experience in infrastructure projects, whether in the form of public-private partnerships, concessions or IPP projects.
Drawing on this expertise, she can assist from the feasibility study stage to the bidding and implementation stages of such complex projects.
She is based in Marocco, where she works exclusively on PPP projects. She is thoroughly versed in the specific aspects of public procurements in the WAEMU zone, as well as in the international standards applicable to public procurement.
The practical experience and expertise she has acquired as advisor to all types of stakeholders enables her to understand the issues faced by the various PPP players and the techniques for private funding of public infrastructure.
Her practice covers a broad range of industry sectors: infrastructure, transport, renewable energy, energy efficiency, telecommunications, defense and security, education, water, sanitation and waste.
