He acquired expertise in intellectual property law and digital and personal data protection law and obtained a specialization in digital and communications law from the CNB in 2015.
He advises and represents a diverse clientele in these areas before the courts.
He has also developed, for nearly 18 years, a particular expertise in advice and litigation in the field of life sciences, supporting pharmaceutical laboratories, medtechs, biotechs, manufacturers and distributors of cosmetics, providers of digital health solutions, etc.
He is also a lecturer at Lyon III University and EM Lyon Business School, a consultant for the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and, since 2011, has been on the list of neutral arbitrators and intermediaries of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
