Since she joined FIDAL in 2011, after an experience at Andersen Legal, EY and Artlex, Isabelle leads the team of Economic Law in Nantes. Isabelle intervenes in contract law and distribution law, to assist our clients in structuring their distribution network, setting up and negotiating their contracts, including international contracts, and defend them in the resolution of trade disputes, in France and abroad. Isabelle advises clients regarding competition issues, compliance programs, risk audits, and assists them in down raids and competition litigation. She also advises clients in the of innovation (trademarks, know-how, patents, drawings and models,...) and in the negotiation partnerships and collaborations on innovative projects. Isabelle has developed specific expertise on digital and ecommerce. Isabelle is part of the Europe Experts Network and International Team of FIDAL. Isabelle very regularly leads conferences and workshops regarding economic law or international commercial law.
