She has a solid experience of 18 years in Corporate tax matters and advices and assists companies and groups in tax matters for their day-to-day business activities and specific tax issues in a domestic or international context.She has developed also a significant experience in relation with Restructuring, Tax for individuals and private investors and LBO (management packages, etc).Additionally, she is in charge for Fidal Law firm in Lyon office of International mobility matters of employees for international groups located in Lyon (remuneration package, split payroll, stock option plans, etc).
